I want to eat healthier, where do I start?

Eating Clean for Beginners is a great place to start. This is a foundation class designed to teach you the basics of eating clean, creating reverance with your food, raw, vegan, vegetarian, plant based, fruit based, gluten-free and a myriad of resources, recipes, meal planning, tools and equipment, shopping advice, and practical healthy troubleshooting techniques. ***You must be Pre-Registered and Pre-Paid to attend any class, event or private.

Various food questions arise after cultivating a yoga practice that many yogis, artists, entrepreneurs, artists and individuals ask themselves as they become more aware of their body and what they are putting into it and what is coming out (or not coming out of it). Workshops, Corporate Events, Parties and Private Sessions are offered and cover the benefits of eating vegetarian, vegan and raw including what ingredients and tools you need to get started. YogaButterfly likes to keep things simple. One of my yoga mentors told me,"If it isn't practical, it isn't spiritual." Keep that in mind during your journey. For Breakfast drink smoothies or raw juices. In the colder months, drink a cup of tea. During the day keep hydrated with yes, plain water. On the go, drink smoothies or juices for lunch or bring prepared salads or meals. Pack and bring prepared raw, vegan, vegetarian, plant based and fruit based meals for the day in a portable cooler. Munch on raw uncooked nuts and seeds and organic whole fruits as snacks. For dinner, enjoy a simple vegan vegetarian meal or fresh raw salad. Keep the temperature under 118 degrees, ideally keep your food alive at 105 degrees "105 and Alive". For evening snacks eat raw whole fruit, raw vegan prepared pudding or raw frozen vegan ice cream. Do you have to be prepared... Absolutely.

LIFE OVERHAUL: Decluttering the Wreckage [3 DAYS of Transformation IN-PERSON] I come to your home and inspect your current homeliving environment. I act as the nonjudging mirror to you about what you are refusing to see about yourself. I work with you together for a designated weekend (or more). I help you uncover your stuck patterns, help you discover your true passions, help you physically overhaul and declutter your home-living space, identifying your priorities for every room to create temporary and long-term solutions to maximize your kitchen space and help you take inventory, shopping habits, snacking, travelling pitfalls, holiday solutions, menu ideas and overall recommendations. I help you set up a sanctuary space to practice yoga, breathing, meditation, dance and art to nurture your soul. You will be expected to do an intense amount of self-introspection, journaling, list making, dealing with your emotions around your stuff, identifying your triggers, and choosing one day at a time to find balance and peace. This process will involve letting go, bagging and boxing up your crap, trips to Goodwill, sorting, moving, re-arranging stuff, stirring the pot, shopping together, shopping alone, quiet introspection, homework assignments, and gathering all materials that you want for aligning your highest values. You will spread your newfound wings and soar in your life, designed exclusively for you, based on your truth and your desires and your wants.
